Pyridoxine: (Vitamin B6): Pyridoxine is an excellent vitamin that helps with metabolism and fat burning.  It also aids with nerve transmissions which can be especially important after a fatiguing workout.  A secret benefit of that may be that it assists in preventing mood swings and depression.
